Dear Readers,
In our fast paced life, we need food which keeps our body energized, we need entertainment to let loose the stress, and we need sleep to get physically Rejuvenate for a new day.
In life we dream, we desire and we long, when I was thinking about these. I was wondering how we could achieve what we want, how could we achieve the goal and ambition in life. How to crystallize these thoughts and bring them into this world. I think we act as bridge to invisible cosmic world to the visible physical world.
And to realize a dream, to fulfill your longings, to achieve your ambition, to gain the fulfillment, i think it needs a energy, a internal energy which doesn't get blocked with our mundane daily chaos, subjugated to conflict of dualities, a internal energy which will transform this vision into reality. So while I was wondering how to generate this kind of energy within ones own heart and mind. I didn't get answer, later on… I found few…. There are lot of techniques within our system of religion.
Then i realized, when by just auto suggesting something to the mind we can in simple language like English or Kannada or etc can make us to ACT. We have the beautiful and most powerful letters, words in our Sanskrit. Just like different languages like c, c++, VB etc can command the processor to do certain task and move the whole Digital world.
How can the mantras like Vishnu sahasranamam, lalita sahasranamam, Gayatri japa can do to our minds, body and souls?
In this search of quest...i haven't found ultimate answer, but i realized the powerful, magical, dormant power present in each of the words, each of the sentences, each of the hymns....though i really do not understand meaning of every words. But I think it creates a energy within, the same energy which builds our WILL, the same will which help us to raise above voices which stops us to achieve something. By reciting this divine hymns, the vibration induces the higher energy field, these energy field, in turn gets internalize into a power, a power which builds a human mind, develops ones will, develops ones personality, and drives you to raise above your own imperfections.
Lets accept that, since we are already running the rat race, how could we excel in this rat race, how can we recite these divine hymns, the seeds which is like a nuclear fission over period of continuous recitation, once recited, will increase and increase your internal energy. It's tough or it's not possible to recite sitting for one hour every day. NO way!!! It's never possible. If somebody is able to do it, hats off to them.
This letting go of incapability to recite everyday, also led me to realize, if i can recite and induce energy, is it possible to listen and induce the same energy within. So, while I write this...i have started to listen to these divine hymns, powerful seeds of energy, at the same time work (at office) as well. Since we have the luxury of having to sit in front of computer or have a mobile which can store latest hit music. So i thought...what better way to use the technology to increase the energy within!!!
